On-site training and On-line phone training are options included with a new installation of any of the Inline Management Systems LCS packages.
The recommended training method is dependent upon the size of the school district or business, and the configuration of each unique system.
ON-SITE - For an on-site training, a trainer or trainers are sent from one of the Wordware, Inc. locations to the system site location to handle the software installation, set up the peripherals, and train the staff - live and on-site.
WEB/PHONE - Small schools, simpler business configurations, and current customers requiring re-training may select the Web/Phone training option where the training takes place remotely - using an internet and phone connection to their trainer.
