Question:  What happens during on-site training?

Answer:  Experience has shown that on-site trained schools spend significantly less time on starting up labor time. On-site training is designed for an unlimited number of personnel to attend, but groups of four or fewer trainee’s work best. The training personnel can assist with hardware and software installation. Training includes an initial meeting with administrators/decision makers to establish policies and procedures as needed, followed by working with your districts technical IT to install the software on the network, (if this applies) and installing all software on the computers. Training of the Central Operator, installing the point-of-sale devices, and Serving Line Operators completes the training.

Answer:  Check with your schools IT. Call Wordware’s support team. If it is established that your equipment requires repair or replacement, Wordware can provide loaner equipment. The customer is charged for shipping and handling.
A loaner program is included with the purchase of all point-of-sale devices. This program is provided to ensure that schools only experience the minimum of disruption.
