Sheryl brings years of experience as a school district Lunch Cashier System user.

Besides doing technical support, Sheryl also manages Wordware's loaner equipment and repair department. If you are having problems with a touchpad or keypad, she is the one to ask for.

He helps support Wordware's customers, and keeps our ever-expanding internal computer network and infrastructure working.

Damon has several technical certifications, including MCP from Microsoft in Windows 2000 Professional, an A+ certification from Comp TIA, and from Benchmark in "Custom Help Desk Windows 2000/XP".

is a Customer Service Specialist recruited by Wordware in 1995.

Lois brings years of experience as a school business assistant and Lunch Cashier System user, enabling her to do an excellent job assisting customers in their own use of the system.

Along with production duties and special projects, Lois specializes in assisting customers to resolve data base and accounting questions.
